Virtually no malt, very clean. Distinctly Noble hop spice, nice aroma.
Excellent German light lager. Very drinkable session beer. Recommended by a German man while in total wine in DC
7/1/13 at house
a prfect summer beer. nice to frink on the beech and when thirsty. nice aroma hoped gently yeast is tested in background
tastes great after first few dRinks
Nice taste to it. Another easy to drink beer :)
Great balance. I'd expect no different from a German.
Crystal clear straw color and foamy white head precede a superb balance of malty sweetness and hop bitterness. Just the right amount of bitterness finishes this beer leaving a pleasant hop aftertaste. A fav German pils.
My father introduced me to this beer. He drank it while stationed in Germany. I has a bitter taste to me which is what I like in a beer.
Crystal clear straw color with a fluffy white head. Good fruit flavors, mild bitterness, slightly above average pilsner. Very drinkable. Good with a spicy meal.
A nice snappy pils. Starts smooth for easy drinkability and finishes with a nice little bite. Very crisp with a hint of bitter apple. Great summer beer.
Clean crisp easy drinking. A great summer beer.
Very smooth, and easy drinking!
Bright golden color, giant whitecap foam head that leaves a wonderful lace as you drink. Crisp, mildly bitter and sweet. Not much of a nose to speak of. Bitter hop aftertaste that's not especially clean. Enjoyable enough, but not the first German lager I'd grab. Great price point for a 4 pack of pints.
Very clear pale gold liquid with a very thin white head
Clean fresh aroma.
Fresh clean crisp taste.
A: Typical for a pilsner that I am used to, it is a haystack-yellow color with a crisp, bright, white head on top.
S: Very grainy on the nose, no hops at all, slight fruit and slightly skunky.
T: Tastes like it smells, very grainy and bread-like. It carries a very light earthy hop flavor on the backend.
M: It's carbonated on the low end, and a light body - almost a little thin. That could be the part of me that doesn't drink a lot of lager though.
D: Very drinkable, this is a beer that would be a go-to beer in a party situation for me.
A classic German pilsner. Full of grain notes, with a slight butter note on the back of the tounge. Great beer to go with some good grilled sausages.
If you must...
