About Belgian Tripel
Belgian Tripels range from yellow to deep gold in color. True to the Belgian style, the aromas and flavors of these beers are quite complex. Their aromas are lightly malty, with spices and fruits - citrus especially - taking center stage. The body of a Belgian triple is softly malty. Again, flavors of fruits and spices quickly come to the forefront. The taste of citrus and pepper may be accompanied by substantial bitterness, which fades into finish. Beers of this kind are creamy, medium-bodied, and dry in finish.
