About Imperial IPA
Imperial IPAs range from golden amber to reddish copper in color. Typically the aroma of an Imperial IPA will be dominated by hops, but malty and fruity sweetness may also be present. Beers of this kind are centered around sharp hop bitterness. The flavor of an Imperial IPA will be dominated by a complex mix of hop varieties, which overshadow the clean malt body to create a refreshing bitterness. These IPAs are smooth, medium in body, and dry in finish.
