About India Pale Ale (IPA)
IPAs are light amber in color. Beers of this kind of have a hoppy aroma and bite. This hoppiness is backed by wholesome malt flavors. IPAs tend to be high in alcohol. American IPAs are exaggerated examples of this style, with an extremely sharp hop bite. They are not for the faint-hearted. IPAs complement strong flavors in food and make excellent companions for curries and sweet and robust desserts like chocolate cake.
