About Standard Cider and Perry

Standard ciders will be pale to deep gold in color and brilliantly clear. Perries are cloudy and pale in color. Both will have a fruity aroma, but rarely with overt character. Ciders have the refreshing flavor of sweet apples and often have significant carbonation. Perries will have well-rounded flavor with hints of pear. Perries will be less sweet and more bitter than ciders and are often less carbonated.
