About Traditional Bock
Traditional Bocks are light copper to brown in color. Their aromas will be strongly malty, with a possible toasted character. True to the Bock style, beers of this kind have a clean, malty body. The rich flavors of Munich and Vienna malts will dominate, balanced initially with slight hop bitterness, but linger to create a sweet and satisfying finish. In some brews there may be hints of caramel and deeper malt flavors. These lagers are smooth and medium-bodied.
