LOVED THIS BEER! I hope they release this again. The stout played against the sour really well. very enjoyable. *had another bottle about a year later. The Sour is deffinitely progressing. Still awesome. It is unusual to have a sour without fruit characteristics, just the roasty grains. Thanks Nate!

Its a hopped up white, and I don't really have the taste for whites, but this was good because it was really hoppy. Cloudy with good lacing.

good. tastey. Very dry and grassy. At first it really attacks your tongue, then its easy drinking from there.

Fantastic! great rye spice behind a very clean hoppy pilsner. no euro skunk. This brewery is definitely going somewhere!

Pumpkinator July 9, 2012

This is how Pumpkin ales should be, and as a result I probably wont have one again that isn't in some form of a stout. The texture complements the pumkin better than most of the ales. It's like drinking that slice of pumpkin pie and coffee you had for a desert. It's heavy on the spice, which hides the ABV well.. so watch out! Delicious, spicy and smooth is my final verdict.

I was very surprised by this beer. Comes off as a sour/flanders ale. I've read that its a wine yeast and the real berries that does that (and gives it it's high gravity.) very impressive. Whatever it really is, it's good, and will really appeal to those who like sours and lambics. But @ $15 a bottle, its good for a try, but not really to come back to alot.

Great belgian beer that is a little hard to catagorize. Belgian Amber seems appropriate. It has a slight golden touch to it but some very nice Carmel and sugar that keep it away from that style.

Boulevard Saison-Brett June 25, 2012

This is a fantastic saison. Alot of Funk on the nose and huge fruit flavors inside. There was a little of the Tank 7 tart but it plays very nicely with the Brett. Its a clear yellow and a little dry but also has nice heaviness to the body.

Great DIPA. Bold grape fruit, with some sweet fruit like pineapple and mango in there, mixed with a subtle dank quality. Bright color, bright taste.

This was ok. The smell is bad and it is a bit too lemon tart for my interest.

such an awesome and interesting brew. I've never had, what could be called, an English DIPA. Its a big brew with a huge amount of hops that are a bit more subtle than American hops.

Huge Imperial stout. Big warm chocolate smell as soon as you open the botle, you don't even have to try hard. Big chocolate and vanilla with chard wood lingering slightly. Warm Alcohol that you can barely taste. very easy drinking.

This may be the best Porter I've had. Robust but extremely smooth. thick mouthfeel but not creamy. I loved it.

Great beer. Alot of Caramel and sugar. Drinks real smooth. Not as Smokey or peaty as one might suspect.

This is really interesting. The smell is a bouquet of peppers. something like jalapeno bread. It seemed like the base is their Blonde Ale. The chilies aren't really strong in the drink but they heat up the back of the throat. this was actually really good, but after about half, it was hard to keep drinking. not that it was too hot, just not enjoyable after a while.
