Classic American Pilsners are yellow to deep gold in color. Hops will be most noticeable in the aroma of these beers, overshadowing the soft fragrances of corn and sweet malt that may also be present. Beers of this kind are sweet with flavors of malt and corn. True to the Pilsner style, these beers have a hop bitterness that fades into the finish. These lagers are creamy, medium-bodied and finish crisp and dry.
